OFFICIAL RULES

To enter this Sweepstakes, you must agree to and abide by these official rules (“Official Rules”).

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. You must have Internet access, an active e-mail and ESPN account (the “Account”) to participate.

1. SPONSOR: Disney Streaming Services LLC (“Sponsor”), 500 South Buena Vista Street, Burbank, California 91521 Any advertisers associated with the Sweepstakes (as defined in Section 3 below), if any, shall be deemed a “Promoter” for purposes of these Official Rules. The Sweepstakes is designed to advertise and promote Sponsor’s business activities and is not gambling. This Sweepstakes is not endorsed by, associated with, or sponsored by, the National Football League, its members or partners.

2. ADMINISTRATOR: Probability, LLC (“Administrator”), 2 Woodstock Meadow Ln, PO Box 1484, Woodstock, NY 12498, USA.

3. ELIGIBILITY: The “ESPN Football Sweepstakes” (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry (or age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older). Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors, and interns) who have, within the past six (6) months, performed services for Sponsor, Administrator, any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the Sweepstakes and/or their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies (collectively, “Sweepstakes Entities”), and immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter. "Immediate family members" shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses, regardless of where they live. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three (3) months a year, whether related or not. In addition, NFL Entities (as defined in this Section 8 below) are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes or win the Prize. This Sweepstakes is void in all U.S. Territories (e.g., Puerto Rico and Guam), foreign territories not specifically included herein, and where prohibited or restricted by law and subject to all applicable federal, state, local and municipal laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY: The Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”), September 15, 2024 and ends at 11:59 PM ET, September 23, 2024 (“Sweepstakes Period”). For purposes of these Official Rules, all times and days are Eastern Time. Administrator’s computer is the official clock for the Sweepstakes.

You must be a registered ESPN.com member (“Member”) to enter the Sweepstakes. During the Sweepstakes Period, visit www.ESPNSweepstakes.com/Football (“Website”) and click the “Enter” button. You will need to log in using your Member username or e-mail address and password; or, if you are not a Member, you will need to become a Member. You may become a Member for free by visiting the Website, clicking on the “Create an Account” link and providing the requested information on the registration form through the “Create Your ESPN Account” section on the Website.

Click the check box signifying that you meet the sweepstakes eligibility requirements, have read and agree to these official rules and the sponsor’s terms of use (http://disneytermsofuse.com/) and privacy policy (https://privacy.thewaltdisneycompany.com/en). If you do not check the box indicating your agreement to the above, you will not be entered in the Sweepstakes and cannot win the prize. Do not check the box without first reviewing these rules and sponsor’s terms of use. Then, click the designated button to submit your entry (“Base Entry”). All entries must be received by September 23, 2024 at 11:59 PM ET (the “Entry Deadline”). Normal internet access and usage charges imposed by your internet service provider may apply. It is your sole responsibility to notify the Sponsor of a change in your e-mail address. 

During the entry process, you may be asked to consent to receive promotional and reminder e-mails from ESPN and/or NFL Entities. Consenting to receive promotional and/or reminder e-mails is optional and does not have to be agreed upon in order to be eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes and does not improve your chances of winning. In the event you do consent to receive these e-mails, the use of such e-mails shall be subject to the privacy policy of the respective entity requesting your consent (Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://privacy.thewaltdisneycompany.com/en/ and NFL Entities Privacy Policy, available at https://www.nfl.com/legal/privacy), and you may opt out of receiving these e-mails at any time.

Bonus Entry: During the Sweepstakes Period, you may obtain an additional entry by customizing your ESPN experience. After submitting your Base Entry via the method detailed above, click the Bonus Entry option to access your personal ESPN page (“Page”). Once on your Page follow the instructions to customize the Page to receive one (1) additional “Bonus” entry (“Bonus Entry”). The opportunity to obtain a Bonus Entry is only available during the same online session in which Base Entry was received. A person may accumulate a maximum of two (2) Entries (i.e., Base Entry plus Bonus Entry) by submitting a Base Entry and then customizing your Page.

Limit of one (1) Base Entry and one (1) Bonus Entry per person regardless of the number of email addresses or accounts a person may have. A “day” is defined as starting at 12:00 AM ET and ending at 11:59 PM ET except for the first day (9/15/24) which will begin at 9:00 AM ET. Multiple entries and/or mass entry attempts will result in disqualification of all entries by such person. Entries must be manually key-stroked by the entrant; use of automated entry devices or programs, or entries by third parties to receive more than one (1) Base Entry and/or more than one (1) Bonus Entry are prohibited. Entries that do not conform to or that violate these Official Rules or are submitted in any manner other than stated in these Official Rules will be disqualified. Proof of submission of entry does not constitute proof of receipt of same. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator and Sponsor, which are binding and final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

*IMPORTANT: Data rates may apply if Sweepstakes entry is submitted via your mobile device according to the terms and conditions of your service agreement with your wireless carrier. Other charges may apply (such as normal airtime and carrier charges as well as charges for wireless Internet access) and may appear on your mobile phone bill or be deducted from your prepaid account balance. Wireless carriers' rate plans may vary, and you should contact your wireless carrier for more information on messaging/data rate plans and charges relating to your participation in this Sweepstakes. Mobile device service may not be available in all areas. Check your device's capabilities for specific instructions.

5. RANDOM DRAWING/SELECTION OF WINNER/ODDS: Potential winner (the “Winner”) will be selected from among all eligible entries received in a random drawing conducted by the Administrator at its offices in New York, NY, USA. The drawing will take place on or about September 24, 2024. The drawing will be conducted by Administrator, an independent judging organization/administrator whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

6. PRIZE/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE:

ONE (1) PRIZE (“Prize”): Winner will receive a trip for they/them and one (1) guest to any 2024-2025 regular season NFL game (“Game”) taking place in the United States (international games are excluded)  (“Trip”).

Travel arrangements consist of: round-trip coach air transportation for the Winner and a guest to city with a professional football team of chosen Game (“Destination City”) from a major commercial airport near Winner’s residence (as selected by Administrator in its sole discretion); two (2) nights’ standard hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy) in the Destination City (as selected by Administrator in its sole discretion); round-trip  ground transportation to and from the Destination City airport, hotel and Game; up to two (2) tickets to the Game. If Winner lives within 75 miles of the Destination City area (as determined by Administrator in its sole discretion), Winner and guest will only receive two (2) tickets to the Game (but no alternate prize or compensation will be awarded).

Approximate Retail Value of the Prize is: $4,900.00.

†Winner must provide Sponsor with the NFL game of their choice at least thirty (30) days advance notice prior to the Game of their choice. Selection of Game is subject to availability and approval by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Winner may not receive their first choice of Game. Tickets to the Game are subject to terms and conditions of use as indicated thereon/provided therewith as well as venue restrictions. Tickets are not intended for use by anyone other than Winner and their guest including but not limited to provision to another via re-sale, exchange or barter. Ticket type and seat location will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The terms and conditions of tickets awarded will govern in the event a legal game, event or exhibition, as defined by the National Football League, is not played due to weather conditions, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance or any other reason. Winner and guest agree to comply with all applicable stadium regulations in connection with the prize.

For Game tickets element of the Prize, seat location is at the sole discretion of Sponsor; venue restrictions apply; and use of tickets is subject to terms and conditions as indicated thereon, including without limitation prohibition on re-sale, auction, trade or any other use of ticket except for admission of intended recipient to Game.

If Winner chooses to accept the Prize with less than one (1) guest (e.g. travel and attend the Game alone), then the additional guest elements will be forfeited, and the remaining elements shall constitute full satisfaction of the Prize. Without in any way limiting the foregoing, Winner will only receive one (1) ticket to the Game. Winner’s guest must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Winner’s guest will be required to execute and return a liability/publicity release prior to travel.

Once travel is booked, travel dates cannot be changed unless by Administrator in its sole discretion. Winner is solely responsible for all other expenses not specified herein, including but not limited to meals/beverages, tips, taxes and hotel incidentals, as well as any necessary or desired expenses in conjunction with their travel to the Destination City (such as baggage fees and insurance). All travel dates and arrangements are subject to change, availability and Administrator’s approval. Winner and guest must travel together on itinerary as approved by Administrator. Administrator is not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay. Certain documentation and requirements may be necessary for travel, such as photo identification. Winner is solely responsible for any documentation and requirements and determining applicable procedures and restrictions. In addition, the Winner may be required to present a valid credit card at the hotel at the time of check-in. Winner must provide own transportation to and from departure airport.

Winner and guest must conduct themselves at all times during the Trip in an appropriate, well-behaved and respectable manner. The preceding includes but is not limited to their attendance at the Game as well as complying with any and all protocols and applicable laws from suppliers of travel-related services (e.g., airline, hotel, venue for Game) which are designed to prevent the spread of COVID-19/Coronavirus (such as, mask-wearing; providing proof of negative COVID-19/Coronavirus test; providing proof of full vaccination against COVID-19/Coronavirus; social distancing). Failure to do so may result in immediate termination of the Trip (including forfeiture of the opportunity to attend the Game), with Sponsor having no further liability to winner. If deemed to be sufficiently egregious, Sponsor may pursue legal sanctions against winner.

No substitution or transfer of Prize except with Sponsor’s permission. Prize cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

All taxes are the sole responsibility of the Prize winner who will receive a 1099 tax form reflecting value of the Prize. Prize winner further agrees to fully cooperate with Sponsor/Administrator relative to the preparation and filing of the 1099 tax form, including by providing his/her Social Security Number or Tax Identification Number.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential Winner will be notified by e-mail on or about September 24, 2024, and as a condition of receiving a prize, potential Winner will be required to complete, sign and return within three (3) business days of date on notification an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and Indemnification, a Publicity Release where allowed by law, as well as other documents that Sponsor may require (collectively, "Prize Claim Documents"). Failure to respond to the initial notification within three (3) business days after notification, return of e-mail notification as undeliverable after two (2) attempts, or failure to return the completed and signed Prize Claim Documents within the indicated time period will result in disqualification, prize forfeiture and selection of an alternate potential Winner from among all remaining eligible entries received (time permitting). Except where prohibited, participation in this Sweepstakes and acceptance of prize constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s, Administrator’s, and Promoters’, and any of their respective agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, voice, opinions and biographical information for publicity, advertising, trade or promotional purposes in any media or manner, now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, without further payment, consideration, notice or approval.

In the event of any dispute concerning the identity of any entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the natural person who is the Authorized Account Holder of the e-mail address reflected in the online Account registration. For purposes of these Official Rules, "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

8. CONDITIONS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities, NFL Entities, as well as each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives and each of their respective successors, representatives and assigns, as well as Meta Platforms, Inc. and X, Corp., (collectively, "Released Parties") from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity or travel, and/or acceptance, receipt, possession or use/misuse of the Prize. By entering, entrants also authorize the Sponsor and its designees to use their name, voice, likeness, photograph, Prize information (if applicable), biographical data and city and state/province of residence in programming, advertising and/or promotional material or on a Winner’s list (if applicable) without compensation to the extent permitted by law. Sponsor is not obligated to use any of the above-mentioned information or materials, but may do so and may edit such information or materials, at Sponsor's sole discretion, without obligation or compensation. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. All entries become the property of the Sponsor.

THE NATIONAL FOOTBALL LEAGUE, ITS MEMBER PROFESSIONAL FOOTBALL CLUBS, NFL VENTURES, INC., NFL VENTURES, L.P., NFL PROPERTIES LLC, NFL ENTERPRISES LLC, NFL PRODUCTIONS LLC, NFL INTERNATIONAL LLC, NFL PLAYERS ASSOCIATION, NFL PLAYERS INCORPORATED AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, SHAREHOLDERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES AND EMPLOYEES (COLLECTIVELY, THE “NFL ENTITIES”) WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR THE AWARDING OF THE PRIZE. THE NFL ENTITIES HAVE NOT OFFERED OR SPONSORED THIS SWEEPSTAKES IN ANY WAY.

Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, or for technical failures of any kind affecting the Sweepstakes in any manner, including but not limited to electronic malfunction or damage of any network, hardware or software. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or technical failures beyond Sponsor’s control that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes (including entries or otherwise), Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual, whether or not the individual is a participant in the Sweepstakes, who tampers with the entry process, and to terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to conduct the Sweepstakes and award the Prize by means of a random drawing from among all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (as appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor or otherwise in a manner which is fair, appropriate and consistent with these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Notice of termination/modification/suspension of Sweepstakes will be posted on the Website. No responsibility is assumed for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or loss, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; or any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or electronic entry or participation to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website/platform, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to any person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials from this Sweepstakes, or for any cancellation, suspension or postponement of any type of game or league, or event of force majeure. Failure of Sponsor or Administrator to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute the waiver of such provision.

Entrants further agree not to knowingly damage or cause interruption of the Sweepstakes and/or prevent others from participating in the Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE ANY ONLINE SERVICE, WEBSITE OR PLATFORM OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES VIOLATES CRIMINAL OR CIVIL LAWS. IF SUCH AN ATTEMPT IS MADE, SPONSOR MAY DISQUALIFY ANY PERSON, WHETHER OR NOT THE INDIVIDUAL IS A PARTICIPANT IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, MAKING SUCH ATTEMPT AND SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.

SPONSOR MAKES NO WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION, OR GUARANTEE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, RELATIVE TO THE USE OF THE PRIZE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THEIR QUALITY, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

9. DISPUTES: ARBITRATION/CHOICE OF LAW: Except where prohibited, entrants agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or the awarding of prizes/determination of prize winners, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration pursuant to the Rules of JAMS, then effective (notwithstanding the foregoing, entrant shall not be precluded from seeking relief in small claims court for disputes/claims within the scope of the jurisdiction of small claims court and any remedies available to entrant under applicable federal, state or local law remain available to entrant and are not waived pursuant to this section); (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any and all rights to injunctive relief. The arbitrator hearing such dispute/claim/cause of action shall be neutral and the entrant will have a reasonable opportunity to participate in the selection of the arbitrator. Such arbitration will take place at a location near the entrant’s residence and the entrant has the right to an in-person hearing in the arbitration proceeding, if desired. The arbitration will allow for the discovery and/or exchange of non-privileged information between entrant and Sponsor. Should an entrant initiate arbitration pursuant to this section, the entrant shall be responsible for JAMS’s fees to do so (approximately, $250), with all other costs of such arbitration being borne solely by Sponsor. If entrant is a California resident and Sponsors are the prevailing party in such arbitration, such entrant will not be responsible for Sponsors’ costs and fees in conjunction with the arbitration proceeding; BUT, IN ALL OTHER CASES, ENTRANT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SUCH COSTS/FEES IF REQUIRED BY THE ARBITRATOR’S RULING. For the avoidance of doubt, the requirement to arbitrate disputes pursuant to this section is reciprocal and binding both upon entrants and Sponsors. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and/or Released Parties in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, without regard for conflicts of law doctrine of New York or any other jurisdiction and all proceedings shall take place in the City of New York, County of New York.  

10. PRIVACY POLICY: Personal information provided in conjunction with a Sweepstakes entry is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy, available at http://disneyprivacycenter.com.
11. WINNER LIST: For the name of the Winner, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: ESPN Football Sweepstakes Winner, c/o Probability, PO Box 1559, Social Circle, GA 30025-1559. All such requests must be received by October 25, 2024.
